What's New: A Signing Portal for Your People
TL;DR: Your people can open a signing portal with a one-time email code, see every pending and signed document request for that address, and finish what’s waiting—without a ClearPolicy team member account. Personal links in request emails still work the same way.
When you send a document request, each person still gets a personal email link. That path is unchanged: open the document, type a name, done.
What is new is a place for them—not another seat in your organization—to see the full picture of what you have sent.
What your people can do
They go to app.clearpolicy.app/signer (or choose Here to sign a document? on the team log in page), enter the email where they receive requests, and confirm with a short one-time code.
Then they see Documents:
- Pending — requests still open, with Sign to complete each one
- Signed — completed work, with View document to open it again
- All — both, grouped by organization when the same email is used across more than one ClearPolicy organization
Expired and canceled requests stay out of the list. What shows up is work they can still do, and a clear history of what they already finished.
Why this helps your organization
You are not asking volunteers, staff, or board members to create accounts, remember passwords, or learn your admin product.
You are giving them a simple, verified way to:
- Open everything still waiting in one session
- Finish several requests without hunting for separate emails
- Revisit what they signed when they need the record
Request emails and reminders remain first-class. The portal is optional re-entry and overview—not a replacement for the personal link.
How it fits with the rest of ClearPolicy
| Path | Best for |
|---|---|
| Personal link in the request or reminder email | Opening one document right away—no code |
| Signing portal | Seeing pending and signed work for that email after a code |
Online completions still produce the same electronic records and certificates you already use for proof. Paper on file still appears in the signed list when a team member recorded a wet-ink completion on the request.
Tell your people
You can share something like this:
Open app.clearpolicy.app/signer, enter the email where you get our document requests, and use the one-time code we send. You’ll see everything still pending and anything you’ve already signed. No ClearPolicy account needed.
