A few things you might be wondering

What record do we get when someone signs?

For an online signature, you can download the signed document and a Certificate of Attestation—a record of who signed, when, and which version of the policy they signed. You can also review when the request was sent, delivered, viewed, and completed. Earlier signed records stay linked to their original policy version when you publish an update.

Do people need an account to sign?

No. They open their signing link, review the document, and type their name to sign. The signing portal also lets them find their pending requests and completed documents using a one-time email code.

Can I use our existing policies and handbook?

Yes. Upload your existing files, import from Google Drive or OneDrive, or add your policy text in the built-in editor. You can import people from a CSV spreadsheet, too.

What happens when a policy changes?

Publish a new revision to keep the updated policy and its earlier versions together. Previous signatures stay tied to the version each person signed. You can then request new signatures from people who need to sign the update; publishing alone does not email everyone.

Can I ask people to sign again each year?

Yes. Set a renewal interval on the document and turn on Auto-renew to send new requests when they are due. Each person’s next sign-off is based on their last completion date.
